GRUPO CLD is a real estate group and was founded in 1992. Our main activity is the design, construction, promotion, sale, and integral management of real estate projects. Our area of action is located in the Costa Blanca and we are very active in the market of construction and the real estate development of luxury homes in La Marina Alta. Specifically in such towns as Dénia, Xávea, Moraira, and Ráfol de Almunia.

GRUPO CLD has its own studio of architects in charge of designing new, exclusive, contemporary and high quality homes. We also cover all the areas involved in the construction with our own technical department that strictly supervises the entire construction process, maintaining budgets and deadlines.

CLD Real Estate Projects always offer the highest quality in their execution, adapting each home to the needs of our customers, and respecting the current urban and environmental regulations. We are endorsed by more than 320 homes constructed. We also have a team of qualified multidisciplinary real estate agents who are Natives of France, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, the Netherlands and Belgium to serve our international market.

We direct our activity from our headquarters in Dénia with a wide network of real estate agencies collaborating with us in the Costa Blanca, and the province of Alicante.
